Thank you for purchasing digital products from TGFFitness (tgffitness.com).
Digital Product Nature
All products sold through tgffitness.com are digital downloads, including printable fitness trackers, planners, and templates delivered in PDF and JPG formats. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered or accessed.
No Refunds
Because digital products can be downloaded and used immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been completed and the download link has been provided. This is because we have no way to verify whether the files have been downloaded, copied, or used after delivery.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- You did not receive your download link due to a technical error on our end.
- The files delivered were corrupted or unable to be opened.
- You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment processing error.
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at contact us with your order details, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being banned from future purchases.
