9 Trendy & Cute WOMENS WORKOUT OUTFITS That Are Comfortable & Flattering

I’m so excited to share this Gymshark try-on with you today. If you’ve been looking for cute, flattering women’s workout outfits that actually perform well at the gym, Gymshark is one of my favorite brands to recommend.

I tried on several different collections and I have to say, every single piece fits so well. From loungewear to workout sets, there’s something for everyone. 

I’ll be going over how each outfit fits, what sizes I got, and what activities they’re best for. Plus, I have some fun accessories to show you at the end.

Cute Workout Outfits I Tried

I’m currently wearing the Rest Day cropped pullover in red with the Rest Day sweat shorts. These pieces are really oversized, so I got an extra small on the top and a small on the shorts, and they’re still pretty big. I’d say you should definitely size down if you want a more fitted look.

I also tried the same shorts in Stellar Blue Marble. The color is really pretty. This set works great for lounging around your house, running errands, or taking your dog on a walk. It’s perfect for anything super casual.

I’m absolutely in love with this set. It’s from the Elevation Collection and comes in Rose Brown. The set includes the longline sports bra with matching shorts.

The fabric is super thin but also very tight and supportive. It’s very breathable too. This set is perfect for yoga or stretching. Sometimes I like to wear it when I’m going for a walk outside or running errands. It’s really flattering on any body type.

For sizing, I got a small on the top and the bottom. This outfit has been my go-to recently.

I’ve been wearing this for light days and a little bit for push days. It’s the Apex Seamless Collection in Cherry Brown and Truffle Brown. These shorts and this top have cool lines throughout that help shape your body. The whole line makes me feel like a superhero.

I got a small on the top and a small on the bottom. The bottoms do run a little large in the shorts, not the leggings though. There was a lot of fabric in the mediums around the waist area, so when I sized down it fixed the issue and looks more seamless.

The fabric is very similar to the Elevation Collection. It’s very thin but still tight and supportive, breathable, and very stretchy.

I also have a beautiful set from the Apex Seamless Collection in the color Digital and Dusted Violet. These are the shorts in a small, and instead of the crop top, I got the sports bra.

The sports bras are perfect for back day with the cutouts in the back. The color is so beautiful and I can’t wait to wear this next summer and in the spring.

It’s really difficult to choose a favorite set, but this one is up there. This is the Adapt Camo sports bra and the matching leggings in Storm Red and Cherry Brown. The crossing of the fabric on the chest area is really flattering for the top part of your body.

The leggings are super thick and stretchy. They’re great for leg day and have a nice seam on the bottom to show off your curves. It’s also a really good back design.

I have never tried a fitness wear brand where every single piece of clothing I try on is so flattering in all the right places. This is the Sweat Seamless Sculpt Collection in Salsa Red. This is the sports bra and I love the little scoop on the front.

The straps are not adjustable, but there are little strings in the back. It’s nice and tight and supportive. These leggings are so nice. This one is definitely going to be a favorite on arm day.

This is the Vital Seamless 2.0 Collection. The fabric is very sturdy and not incredibly stretchy. It’s very thick. I get a size medium in the shorts, but when it comes to the leggings, I get a small because I don’t like the fabric squeezing at my thighs.

I also have the sports bra and leggings from the Vital Seamless 2.0 Collection in the color Woodland Green. Forest green is one of my favorite colors, so I really love this set.

Lastly, I have Stellar Blue Marble. This top is a high neck top, and with it getting cold where I live, this is perfect for winter.

Finding Your Perfect Fit

What Size Should You Get

The rest day sweat shorts and cropped pullover run very oversized. I got an extra small on top and a small on the shorts, and they’re still pretty big. You should definitely size down if you want a more fitted look.

For the Elevation collection long line sports bra and shorts in Rose Brown, I went with a small on both pieces. This sizing worked well for me.

The Apex seamless shorts run a little large. I got a small on both the top and bottom. When I tried the mediums, there was too much fabric bunching up, so sizing down fixed that issue and made everything look more seamless. The leggings in this line fit differently than the shorts, so keep that in mind.

For the Adapt camo set, I stuck with my usual sizes and they fit great.

The Vital seamless 2.0 collection has different sizing needs. I get a medium in the shorts, but I go with a small for the leggings. The fabric doesn’t have a lot of stretch, so I don’t like how it squeezes my thighs in the medium size.

How Everything Wears

The Elevation collection sports bra and shorts are flattering on any body type. The fabric feels super thin but still holds you in place.

The Apex seamless pieces have cool lines throughout that shape your body. The shorts have more fabric than the leggings in the same size. The sports bras work great for back workouts.

The Adapt camo leggings are thick and stretchy, which makes them perfect for leg day. They have a nice seam on the bottom that shows off your curves. The crossing fabric on the sports bra flatters your upper body.

The Sweat seamless sculpt collection in salsa red has a sports bra with a little scoop detail. The back isn’t adjustable, but it has little strings and feels compressive. These leggings will be perfect for arm day.

Every single piece I tried on was flattering in all the right places.

What the Clothes Are Made Of

The Elevation collection fabric is super thin but also very compressive and breathable. It works perfectly for yoga and stretching.

The Apex seamless fabric is very similar to the Elevate collection. It’s thin but still compressive, breathable, and very stretchy.

The Adapt camo leggings are super thick and stretchy. They can handle heavy leg days.

The Vital seamless 2.0 fabric is very sturdy and thick. It’s not incredibly stretchy compared to other collections.

The high neck top in Stellar Blue Marble is perfect for winter when it gets cold.

Gym Workout Accessories

Cap and Legacy Bandeau

Gymshark offers more than just workout clothes; you can find cute accessories and leisure pieces too.

Compact Everyday Fitness Bag

The everyday small gym bag from Gymshark is really useful. Right now it looks a bit floppy because there’s nothing inside it.
